Ruth Greenup is a freelance artist currently residing in Sacramento, California.  Ms. Greenup’s education includes a Bachelor of Arts degree from Gonzaga University, Spokane, Washington, and post graduate studies at the Art Students League of New York and L’Accademia di Belle Arti, Florence, Italy.

Ruth’s passion for art has taken her around the world for independent study, including Russia, Mexico, the Middle East, and several countries in Europe.  A portfolio of Ms. Greenup’s works is on permanent file at the Archives and Research Library at the National Museum of Women in the Arts, Washington, D.C..
